A: OLI offer a range of garden buildings, sectional buildings and commercial buildings in a range of different materials - concrete, metal, plastic and wood. The circumstances that decide whether you need planning permission and / or whether you need to confrom to building regulations is different case. It is legally the responsiblity of the purchaser to contact their local authority and enquire (complete a HE1 form). The simple guidelines are buildings of a size equivalent to or greater than 70m3 (volume for planning permission) and 30m2 (area for building regulations) will require planning permission. To purchase that item viewed or to see the full range available, you will follow a link to the website of the supplier or retailer. There you will be able to purchase any goods available, even if it is something not mentioned on the OLI site - this gives you the consumer an even greater choice.
